We do! We offer custom boxes with ribbon for an additional $5 - simply select “gift wrap” during checkout
Of course! Please let us know that you’d like a receipt in the “Notes” section at checkout. We do not include an invoice or price tags in the box if you are purchasing a gift! Need to return or exchange a gift? Please see our return + exchange policy!
We don’t offer curbside pickup but you can pick up your order in the shop!
Of course we hope you love your Sandbox purchase, but if it doesn’t work for whatever reason we are here to help! You may return or exchange unworn merchandise with tags attached, and receipt of purchase, within 30 days for store credit only.
We are always making updates to our store policies in line with the City of Chicago’s recommendations. We do ask customers to wear masks in the store and we have hand sanitizer available.
